Our new 3D printing consumable integrates our self-developed rare-earth long-afterglow luminous pigment and eco-friendly biodegradable polymer materials. It features ultra-high brightness, stable cyclic luminescence, excellent printing compatibility and outstanding environmental performance, bringing innovative luminous customization solutions for personal creation, industrial modeling, artistic decoration, safety warning and multiple application fields. With rigorous industrial-grade parameter standards and fully inspected quality control, our new filament fills the market gap for high-stability long-afterglow luminous 3D printing materials and provides global users with more reliable and high-quality luminous printing options.

Our newly launched JT-3DX-30 3D Luminous Printing Filament adopts a scientific and optimized material ratio formula which is the core advantage of its superior luminous performance and stable printing performance. Our product is composed of 30% high-brightness strontium aluminate long-afterglow luminous pigment independently developed by us and 70% modified PLA polylactic acid base material. As a classic high-efficiency luminous functional material strontium aluminate luminous pigment has the characteristics of high initial brightness, long afterglow duration and stable chemical properties which is far superior to traditional luminous powder in luminous efficiency and service life. The modified PLA polylactic acid selected as our base material is upgraded through special polymerization modification technology which effectively improves the compatibility between the luminous pigment and polymer substrate, avoids powder precipitation, poor fusion and brittle fracture of traditional luminous 3D printing materials and greatly enhances the ductility, surface flatness and printing molding stability of our filament.

In terms of core product specifications and industrial standards, our 3D Luminous Printing Filament adheres to strict standardized production and precision testing procedures. The standard filament diameter is 1.75 mm which is the most versatile universal specification for mainstream desktop 3D printers on the market with a precise tolerance controlled within ±0.05 mm. To ensure stable printing output and perfect molding effect we have summarized the optimal printing temperature range through thousands of molding tests. The recommended printing temperature is 215°C to 225°C. We have established clear technical guidelines for printing operations: a temperature below 215°C is likely to cause nozzle clogging due to insufficient material melting, while a temperature exceeding 225°C will lead to material drying and affect the toughness of finished products. Printing at a temperature close to 225°C can achieve the best layer bonding effect and an ultra-smooth surface finish of printed models. In addition, our filament has a stable density of 1.88 g/cm³ with uniform material density and no internal bubbles or hollow defects. Every roll of filament undergoes 100% full inspection of filament diameter before leaving our factory, ensuring consistent batch quality and eliminating dimensional errors that affect printing accuracy.

Our 3D Luminous Printing Filament adopts an advanced blending and composite extrusion molding process. We uniformly mix our self-developed rare-earth long-afterglow luminous pigment with biodegradable PLA plastic through high-speed stirring and constant-temperature fusion and complete one-time extrusion and molding through professional precision equipment to form uniform round-coil filament. The whole production process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free without adding any harmful chemical components or radioactive substances. Our finished product is non-toxic, tasteless, safe and reliable, and meets international environmental protection standards and consumer product safety regulations. In terms of luminous principle and cycle performance, our filament can efficiently absorb and store visible light energy after being excited by natural light, sunlight or indoor light for 5 to 15 minutes. After leaving the light source and entering a dark environment, it can continuously and stably emit light for more than 5 to 8 hours. More importantly, our product has infinite cyclic luminescence performance which can realize repeated light absorption and luminescence without attenuation after long-term use with excellent weather resistance and aging resistance, making it suitable for long-term indoor and partial outdoor use.
